- Follow a routine every day, all the time, with everything you do.
- Stick to what you already know.
- Assume that your way of thinking is always right.
- Only pretend to listen to other people’s ideas.
- Believe that creativity cannot be learned.
- Play it safe, avoid risks.
- Ensure that you are never wrong.
- Always think logically.
- Critique while creating, not after.
- Constantly copy other people’s ideas.
- Believe that creativity is work, not fun.
- Spend an irrational amount of time thinking about an idea before acting on it.
- Never write down your ideas.
- Do what has been proven to work, always.
- Listen to the same genre of music and read the same types of books.
- Pretend not to care about anything.
- Remind yourself daily that you are not creative.
- Never seek out creative inspiration.
- Forget about observing the world around you.
- Simply don’t think.
